In 2020 and 2021, in the wake of Covid-19 disruptions, we supported arts organisations by running a digital skills training programme for organisations who have been negatively affected by the pandemic. Through 1:1 mentoring support, we helped over 65 cultural organisations and small businesses adjust their digital models in order to weather the storm that Covid has brought. We did this in partnership with Infoculture, Citizens Online, and funded by GBSLEP’s Strategic Economic Plan Enabling Fund.
Skill categories included immersive media, digital product development, digital marketing, search engine optimisation and online sales.
The results of the programme are that 91% of organisations we supported now feel more confident about their future.
