Then, in the show's second VR film, travel back in time to a lush Hawaiian cloud forest and meet the long lost ʻōʻō bird and hear its mystical song. This show features two VR films that give you the chance to get closer than ever before to our Earth’s living wonders past and present, seeing firsthand the fragility of our natural world.
ACT 1: David Attenborough's Great Barrier Reef Dive VR
Join David Attenborough as you dive through a living wonderland with over 3000 reef systems, forming one of the most important natural resources on Earth. Come face to face with the incredible diversity and abundance of the Great Barrier Reef, and learn how researchers are using certain species of corals to predict how the reef will react to environmental changes.

ACT 2: The Guardian’s Songbird
Experience a lush cloud forest on the Hawaiian island of Kauai in 1984, retracing the steps of world renowned ornithologist Dr Jim Jacobi in search of the last known ʻōʻō, an iconic black bird with yellow leg feathers and a beautiful song. Songbird presents a rare opportunity to encounter this extinct species through ‘sonic fossil’ soundscapes and breathtaking painted landscapes.
